*Atrial arrhythmias (atrial fibrillation, atrial flutter, atrial tachycardia) off anti-arrhythmic drugs (AADs) except previously failed AADs at doses not exceeding those previously failed. Patients had an enlarged left atrium >4 cm ≤ 6 cm.
